Sierra Logging Museum Opens Thursday At Noon!
White Pines, CA....The Sierra Nevada Logging Museum will be open to the public for the season on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 12 noon. They will be offering Private Tours at 4pm with a Private Reception following at 5pm. There will be a meeting and dinner at 6pm. The dinner will be Barbequed Chicken and Beans, $15 per person. They will be hosted by CCHS member (and logging daughter) Pat Blagen Bradley, and the Friends Of The Logging Museum. If you’re curious about early Calaveras logging, or have a story to tell...this beautiful setting in the tall cool pines is the place to be....
Capacity for this event is limited, reservations are required. Please call 754-1058 before sending your check to confirm reservations. Your advance payment by 3 pm, Tuesday, May 20th will be your reservation. Mail to CCHS, PO Box 721, San Andreas CA 95249.
