Supreme Court Rulings Back Religious Freedoms & Separation of Church & State

Washington, DC...The US Supreme Court issued two rulings today that have broad implications on what the government can force religious organizations to provide or do that might violate their religious beliefs. In the first Opinion the court ruled that certain fair employment laws do not apply to religious organizations. In the second Opinion the court ruled that religious organizations do not have to provide coverage for contraceptive services. Tomorrow they release their opinions on Trump’s two finance cases. That should be interesting.

      Religious Fascism
Posted on: 2020-07-08 12:34:59   By: Anonymous

Coupling religion and the work place is not new. If an employer chooses to deny birth control to women he employs, if he isn't under the ICC, he may do this. If the business does ship product across state lines, he must by law provide birth control to women. The illegitimate SCOTUS overturned established law.
This is religious fascism- the coupling of religious rights and commerce.

The radical christians are religious zealots who wish to force their beliefs on the public. The Constitution used to protect women from these zealots, now with this ruling , the zealots won, the Constitution be damned.
