Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort Announces Reopening Plans for June 8

Jackson, CA...The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians today announced plans for the anticipated reopening of Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort (JRCR) on Monday, June 8 at noon. Over the course of the last several weeks, JRCR has been working around the clock to implement a strategic reopening plan that aims to protect guests and employees from COVID-19 by:

Increasing cleaning and disinfecting protocols, especially on frequently touched surfaces
Encouraging social distancing in all high traffic areas
Placing Plexiglass barriers, stanchions, line queuing and signage throughout the property
Providing hand sanitizing stations for guests and employees throughout the property
Increasing sanitizing measures at each table game, including efforts to carefully sanitize chips and change cards on handheld games more frequently
Reducing the numbers of seats offered at each table game while prohibiting onlookers
Reconfiguring the casino floor to allow for increased distance amongst guests
Requiring that all employees have their temperature checked prior to entrance, conduct a self-assessment health screening and wear a facemask while working
Requiring that all guests have their temperature checked, are wearing a facemask and have hand sanitizer applied prior to entrance

“We have been working hard to prepare the property to reopen and we look forward to welcoming our guests and employees back to a clean and safe resort with protective health measures in place,” said Crystal Jack, CEO, Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians.

The reopening will be presented in phases that will allow JRCR to gradually reopen its gaming floor, food outlets and entertainment options. Operations of Slots, Table Games, Lone Wolf, Pacific Grill, Margaret’s Bakery, the Hotel and the RV Park will resume immediately. The Buffet, transportation services, entertainment options, Valet, Poker and Arcade will remain closed at this time and will return at a later date.

“Jackson Rancheria cares deeply about the health and safety of our guests and employees and remains committed to doing our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic,” said Jack. “After careful consideration of Governor Newsom’s statewide reopening guidelines, Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort will reopen on June 8th.”

JRCR remains committed to monitoring the advice and guidance of federal and state officials and public health agencies and to modifying the property’s safety measures accordingly as this situation evolves.

Family owned and operated since 1985, Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort is located east of Sacramento in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California.

It's not just gambling, there's all types of things to do, even with kids.
It's really important kids to get your foot in the door of a decent to great job. Learn to work hard, stay put, save money. Your family will love you for it, or be that guy who can't do anything that cost money.
