Second Stabbing in As Many Days in Tuolumne County Leads to Arrest of Sonora Man

Sonora, CA...Just after midnight last night, deputies were called to Adventist Health Sonora for a reported stab victim who had been admitted into the emergency room. Deputies contacted the victim and learned that the victim and 30-year-old Casey Bryan of Sonora, started arguing over prescription medication. The argument escalated and the two began physically fighting. Once the two separated, the victim realized he had been stabbed and Casey was holding a knife. Casey left the house and the victim went to the hospital for treatment. The victim had been stabbed twice but neither were life threatening injuries. Deputies attempted to locate Casey at the time of the report but were unsuccessful.

Just before 10 am, the Sheriff’s Office received a tip that Casey was at the skate park off Greenley Road in Sonora. Deputies responded to the area and were able to successfully arrest Casey without incident. Casey was booked into the County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon.

This man has a child or children. Why would a father want to go out and do something like that?

Isn't gun control supposed to stop all violence?

It’s safe to say gun control policies are meant to curb.....gun violence specifically...........

Make an actual point for once 🧐

There is no difference between "gun violence" and violence, except the tool used.
Banning the tool but not changinh the behaviour seems to be a stupid move.

There is, because gun-violence is just that. A gun is a weapon not a tool.

A screw driver is a tool, not a weapon but it could be used in a similar fashion that this criminal did so.

You Cannot by any means STAB someone with a gun.

        Your point is moot.

Of course gun control seems stupid, to stupid people.
You sound like every other criminal who detests the police. You're just a different flavor of cop hater if you don't support reasonable gun control measures.
