Beppe Gametta returns to Murphys!

Murphys, CA...Sunday, February 9, 6:00 pm Beppe Gametta returns to Murphys! Beppe is a renowned guitarist, singer, composer, and researcher who loves to perform and tell stories about his journeys with a sense of humor and irony. Mentored by Doc Watson, Beppe shows in his performances a new and unique approach to flat picking the acoustic guitar, a style that he developed in a career of forty years of travelling, meeting with masters of many cultures, researching old forgotten traditions, and performing for audiences of different Continents.

A lot of hogwash! By the way, that church brings back good memories of when my mom attended that church as well as some of her friends. She was so impressed with Murphy's Congregational when they hosted/performed my dad's memorial services in 1985. Then Mom started to go there and even drove alone all the way from Dorrington until she moved to Murphys in 1993. Our family also decided to have my mom's services there in April of 2012 on a beautiful spring day. The cousins and I all got together after that and we stayed for a while at Murphy's Park by the creek. Another one of my mom's friends was Jean Kirpatrick (retired local school teacher) whose name was used for the new Murphy's library there. Ah, such great history and memories!

Cui cum respondere et apologeticum dignum infiatione hac evomere vellem, non permisit; sed adiecit quasi ad contumeliam: "Vos non Romani, sed Langobardi estis ! ". $20 donation, that's a great price for this.
Will wine be served or should we bring our own?
We also like to nibble appetizers and bring more then enough to share.

Smoking marijuana in public places like churches is illegal. Not to forget unethical and not having respect for houses of worship. If you want to smoke weed in church, then go to Jamaica!
