Plymouth, CA...Traffic Update....Cows in Field Without Fences Near Irish Hill Rd / Sr104. Lead cow reportedly stated we don't need to be fenced in. This is 2020 and we have bovine rights. Ironically this is just north of Mule Creek State Prison where a large group of misbehaving homo sapiens are locked behind fences with armed guards.
Please use caution for self managed herd in the area...
