Jamestown, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Dept...On Monday evening, Dep. V. Lee was patrolling the area of Highway 108 in Jamestown when he spotted a vehicle driving without license plates. A traffic stop, and subsequent search of the car and its occupants uncovered just under 19 grams of methamphetamine, a scale, and other items related to drug sales. The illegal items were determined to be in the possession of the passenger, 28-year-old Michael Ramos of Jamestown.
Michael was arrested for possession and transportation of a controlled substance for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
