Calaveras Board of Supervisors to Vote on New General Plan Today
San Andreas, CA...The Calaveras County General Plan has been in limbo for 13 years. In 2006 the board voted for a general plan update moratorium. That started the process for a new general plan. In the subsequent 13 years there has been millions of dollars spent, countless hours wasted on community plans, housing projects killed or shelved because of the legal structural deficit of a general plan. So after millions of wasted tax dollars & tens of millions of lost investment in the county we may actually get a new general plan. The complete agenda is below...

Yeah I've got 250 transplants in my green house growing now.
And the barn is being worked on and should be ready for spring processing and packaging for distribution.

Whoa! Slow down! I don't think anything is official yet! There may be a few "kinks" to iron out and from what I understand, the state has a "watch dog" agency checking all of this out. Don't count your chickens before they hatch and don't put the cart before the horse!

So if you have 250 transplants at this moment you are unlicensed and an illegal grow because at this point no one in the county is licensed for commercial growing.
I'm just curious if you're one of those 200 odd growers the county leadership has been telling us are the "good" growers?
Growers actually are more full of crap than our president.

Don't really know, just asking. Do other counties spend as much time and money on employee lawsuits? What's up with CAO Alt as well?

What is happening is that the state's attorney general's office is handling the case. Now that is very strange! I think that there is a lot of "shady stuff" going on with this county. I'm sure a lot of us had seen this coming. This whole issue could possibly be related to what's going on with marijuana. Maybe? Wow! Could be and everything will eventually "come out in the wash!"
