There is a Major Amphitheater Right Here in the Heart of the Sierra Foothills!~By Billy Cohen

Murphys, CA....Ironstone Amphitheatre has been listed as one of the top 100 amphitheatres in America for the past three years. The 2008 season promises to be our best. We have a fabulous lineup of major, world-class performers coming to Ironstone this year. This stunning outdoors facility is located in the historic Gold Rush town of Murphys in Calaveras County. Ironstone is right here in the heart of the Sierra Foothills. Our shows are a terrific value with ticket prices that are very reasonable compared with other winery ticket prices and lineups that feature more than one great act. While you.....

are here, enjoy Ironstone's tasting room and gourmet deli and visit neighboring wineries. This incredible wine region is garnering a great reputation by producing many award winning wines and is becoming a very hot destination for tourism. Great wineries, the natural beauty of the Sierra Nevada Foothills, the charm of a historic town, great restaurants, great shopping, great music, and an amazing amphitheatre, we have it all here. You don't have to travel far from home for a concert or to enjoy the treasures of the region.

We have a full season of top-tier headlining talent and one of America's top amphitheatres, just a short drive away. We look forward to seeing you at Ironstone.
