So is this money that’s needed to bail out the budget after they banned cannabis?

No. It's because the pub crawl party area is Murphys. Felons, addicts and winos flood through the area going there each week. The increase in traffic, crime, transients and trash falls out on Angels Camp.

Give it up, no one wants even more of the felons, crime, trash, caustic land and water pollution, etc. etc. that commercial weed growers bring to the area. Loser pothead.

After seeing the pollution caused by the illegal grows ( I think the legal growers were by far more concerned about wrong doings) I agree about no more legal cultivation. But with all of the alcoholics, drunk drivers and every single " festival" thrown by towns such as Murphys that seem to revolve around drinking and partying maybe we should start taxing the wineries more? The BOS hit the growers on shake, buds and plants, maybe we should tax the wineries on acres, casks, pesticides, and meter their wells. Just look at the problems associated with our beloved Alcohol consumption and the problems it causes. Alcoholics, DUI's, dozens of health problems, assaults domestic violence, ugly people having sex (I got laid two weeks ago by a nice looking tourist who was bombed, she's married and I look like I fell out of the ugly 🌳 and hit every frickin branch on the way down)
      So TAX THE WINERIES

Money will go to increase salaries, sit back and watch in a year you will see salaries jump, City budget runs on a fiscal year covering July 1st to June 30th of the following year and yes the roads out in Greenhorn are substandard
