Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Oakdale Man & Waterford Woman

La Grange, CA...Early this morning, a deputy stopped a Chevy S-10 pickup on HWY 108 at La Grange Road for expired and suspended registration. A records check of the driver, 39-year-old Ryan Heskett of Waterford and passenger, 34-year-old Kimberly Northcutt of Oakdale showed Heskett was on probation out of Stanislaus County. A search was conducted and over 20 grams of methamphetamine, almost 2 grams of heroin, several plastic baggies, and drug paraphernalia were found.

Heskett and Northcutt were arrested and booked into the Tuolumne County Jail for possession and transportation of a controlled substance for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Heskett was additionally charged with expired registration and no proof of insurance.

We need to close down the casinos. The casinos are where the majority of drug dealing is going on.

Then we should close down liquor stores and wine tasting rooms, those are where the majority of drunks come from, and I outta know
