"... to convert the exiting building to an animal shelter..." Think it should read EXISTING. What happens when people depend on computer programs instead of good, ol' fashioned proofreading.

You are correct and it's not John's fault. He is just a facilitator of information and he's doing a darn good job of it!

Now we all know the truth don't we? As I said earlier John is a facilitator of information for those who benefit more from reading the Pine Tree versus any other form of media. So if you don't like what you read here then don't read it! It's your choice! PS I don't really know anything about Ms. Broglio and personally don't know her. Also I prefer not too since I have issues with her too in other things! Good day!

Why are the applying for zoning changes after the fact? They have already sunk a load of money into the building, everyone has been told they will be opening in May but they are not legal yet? Whose big blunder was this one?

Exactly. What are they going to do? Ask them to politely tear it down if not in compliance. Why do homes and other businesses have to pay for a bit of an apron in terms of a longer paved driveway or gravel and this sits right off the highway? It's an accident waiting to happen.

Been that way for years and accidents can happen everywhere anyway.
