Power Outages Inch Back Up to 21,313 in Our Coverage Area

Arnold, CA....In the fluid battle to keep electrons flowing to customers in this wave of storms PG&E is losing a bit of ground this afternoon. The winter storm warning expired about 17 minutes ago so the clearing conditions should help. At this time we are back up to 21,313 in Amador, Alpine, Calaveras, Tuolumne & Northern Mariposa Counties. We started the day 13,495, climbed to over 21,000, inched it back down to 20k and now back up to over 21,000 again.

      Nope. Wrong again! I did not say that. In the winter when this happens, you just gotta figure that food will not spoil since fridges and freezers will still stay cold for longer than you expect. I have experienced outages all different times of year. You just gotta have faith in the system and faith in the PG&E people. Sure a lot of us are pissed off at PG&E, but we don't need to be pissed off at the people working hard out there in the "trenches." So some of you folks need to put your bongs or whatever down, get your heads straight, and GROW UP!
