Tuolumne County Sheriff's Dept Updated Dispatch System

Sonora, CA...From TCSO..."The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office is excited to announce the implementation of the Emergency Medical Priority Dispatch System™ to better serve the citizens of Tuolumne County in emergency situations. Using the Emergency Medical Dispatch System we will deliver the help you need faster while providing, when necessary, the over-the-phone assistance essential to saving a life or protecting your own.

The system allows our agency to:
• Prioritize 9-1-1 calls
• Provide life-saving instructions for choking, childbirth, CPR, and escape from a sinking vehicle.
• Consistently provide every caller with the highest level of service.
• Continue collecting scene information for responders after help has been dispatched.

When you call 9-1-1, you will hear:

1. “Sheriff’s Office, 911, What is the address of the emergency?”
2. “What’s the phone number you’re calling from?”
3. “Okay, tell me exactly what happened.”

The dispatcher will then:

1. Send help while gathering information for responders who are en route to the emergency.
2. Provide easy and medically-approved life-saving instructions, if applicable.
3. Remain on the line with you until help arrives, if necessary.

We are excited and pleased to be able to provide this service to our citizens and community and we know this system is your best possible source of help during times of medical emergencies."

That's good that they're doing this. The more upgrade etc. the better especially keeping crime off the streets and ALL illegal drugs. We also need to keep all drugs away from the kids and keep doing these say No to drug programs etc. going on in the schools-to teach the kids right from wrong. Drug abuse has turned into literally a pandemic all over and in my opinion even went "exponential" since Prop 64 was enacted-such a travesty!

Why the hell is the flag upside down? And secondly why the modifying of the United States flag? Shame on all of you.

Why are you "tripping" off a petty thing like the flag pad? Does that mean it's evil if you look at photo negative of a flag? Maybe it's a simple photo error or maybe they just got through setting everything up in that office and they overlooked it. So Effing what! How petty! We all have more important things to be concerned about right now.
