Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. Granted 274 Pardons or Commutations on Christmas Eve

Sacramento, CA...Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. announced that he has granted 143 pardons and 131 commutations. Individuals who have been convicted of a crime in California may apply to the Governor for a pardon. Those granted pardons all completed their prison sentences years ago and the majority were convicted of drug-related or other nonviolent crimes. Pardons are not granted unless they are earned.

A gubernatorial pardon may be granted to individuals who have demonstrated exemplary behavior and have lived productive and law-abiding lives following their conviction. The process includes eligible individuals obtaining a Certificate of Rehabilitation, which is an order from a superior court declaring that a person convicted of a crime is now rehabilitated.

When a pardon is granted, the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are notified so that they may update their records on the applicant. The pardon is filed with the Secretary of State and the Legislature, and it is a public record.

Individuals currently serving a sentence for a conviction by the California courts can petition to have their sentence reduced by applying for a commutation. In the majority of these commutations, the individuals have been granted the opportunity to make their case before the Board of Parole Hearings, which will determine whether they are ready to be paroled.

Additionally, Governor Brown today issued an order regarding the pending application for executive clemency submitted by Kevin Cooper, which directs limited retesting of certain physical evidence in the case and appoints a retired judge as a special master to oversee this testing, its scope and protocols. This order comes after the administration requested additional information from Mr. Cooper’s legal counsel and the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office earlier this year and thoroughly reviewed the record.

Copies of the gubernatorial pardons and commutations can be found here. Additional information on pardons and commutations can be found here.

What are the money gains all of these people will lose out on by Building The Wall?
How many will be losing kick backs from Illegal Drug Money? How many in Congress are getting any kick backs? How many Corporations are getting kick backs? How many at Federal, State and City levels are getting kick backs??
Who really is losing money by not funding this Wall? Who are the players pushing extremely hard against the Wall?
Once you find all of the answers above it all comes together why they do not want this Wall?
My bet is you will find deep corruption from the Democrats to the Republicans In Name Only to major Corporations to Law Enforcement and yes the United Nations Globalists involved not just in Drugs but in Human Trafficking, Child Trafficking, Child Pornography, The Deep State and into the darkness of Satanism itself who want nothing more that to destroy our nation!
Think I'm wrong? Follow the money trails backwards!!
Do the research it is all out there in black and white and in full color layed out all across the internet. They put it directly in your face knowing you won't believe it can be real. That is why they are called "The Deep State".
Truly we are a Nation In Distress!

People have been calling to seal the Border and Build The Wall since the 70's!! The problem has always been soft people who think it cannot happen to them. The problem has been Politicians who refuse to listen to their Constituents. The problem has been a demographic make up of Politicians who are Globalism Minded and want no Borders. The problem has been Voters allowing the Politicians to operate freely with absolutely no threats of recall or Class Action Law Suits for incompetence and misrepresentation. There are hundreds of more problems that can be named but nothing will change until the Voters decide enough is enough and they decide to vote out every Globalist and Socialist Politician in this State who is dragging everybody into the Globalist Minded Society. Globalism does NOT work. Look at Europe in shambles look at the UK and look at Venezuela!! Those regions are the future of California and this Nation unless you the Voter make a strong stand against the Liberal Progressive Socialist's now in Elected Offices in California and in all States.

Jerry Brown is an ethical, moral, person who as dedicated himself to life-long public service. We are not likely to see someone of his high caliber in this position of Governor.

Thank you Jerry Brown for the killing of another one of our officers by an illegal who would vote for your party.
Please fly the flag at our state embarrassment I mean capitol at half staff, that should make his wife, children his family his community where the officer proud that you and the democrats caused this and that should be just fine, AGAIN.
I would also like to thank you for the Billions of Dollars on the Bullet Train
that the illegals will be able to board one day so they can get up to Oregon and Washington faster.
That bullet Train that is already billions of dollars over it's budget.
Nothing like spending billions of dollars MONTHLY on border patrol and then letting the democrats let them in here, give them food vouchers, free medical, housing, while you don't help all the homeless US Citizens. No wonder Calif has 25 to 30 percent of all homeless in the US and San Francisco has THOUSANDS OF HOMELESS living in tents and card board boxes.
      YOU DUMPACRAPS ROCK!!!

Moonbeam Brown is as a corrupt politician that has ever or could ever exist. So with this he fakes concern about the slain officer. He is an example of PURE EVIL!! A curse upon him and all like him. The harm he has done to California is beyond measure.

Its not Jerry, its not Gavin, its not Arnold. It is our culture, our civilization, our slow downward spiral as a society. The air, the food, our health, mother earth, our bodies are all slowly but surely being violated into oblivion. As this downward spiral continues and the end nears, it will become much clearer. Look to the polar ice caps, or whats left of them, for updates. We are killing this orb called Earth, once a paradise, now a doomed planet.
