2.52.050 – Powers and Duties.
The Fish and Game Commission shall have the following powers and duties:
A. To advise the Board of Supervisors on all matters affecting the conservation, propagation, preservation, and management of fish and wildlife that is within the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors;
B. To coordinate efforts in habitat improvement, public awareness, and resource education within Calaveras County, to provide the citizens of Calaveras County a forum to express their concerns, opinions, beliefs, and views pertaining to the conservation, propagation, preservation, and management of fish and wildlife in Calaveras County, and to perform such other duties and functions as the Board of Supervisors may direct;
C. To make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding the budget for use of the fish and wildlife propagation fund of the county in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 13100) of Division 10 of the Fish and Game Code,

Code section 21000, et seq.) under Title 14, C.C.R. section 15061(b)(3) as it can been seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment as the amendments to Chapter 2.5 are to conform to State law, clarify the title, and purpose and duties of the commission.

Section 6. – Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its passage and shall be published once within fifteen (15) days of its passage in a newspaper published in the County of Calaveras with the names of the supervisors voting for and against same.

You lost me at the '' To advise the Board of Supervisors on all matters affecting the conservation, propagation, preservation, and management of fish'' To be honest with you, when I was a kid, you could go to almost any stream or river, and see fish swimming everywhere. Now you're incredibly lucky to see one or two.
It's almost like we should close some rivers and streams for a few years to all fishing, but keep stocking them and maybe, just maybe bring fish back into our waters for the kids to see again.
Then go to the next body of water, close it for 2 to 5 years and try to bring fish back. If someone is caught poaching, throw the maximum weight of the law at them with $$ and time in the pokey.

Have a wonderful day folks. Don't forget to vote, our economy is doing great under the leadership we have right here, right now, think twice and don't mess it up.

      Democrats would rather murder unborn baby's through Planned Parenthood than passing legislation to keep our Veterans alive.
      Democrats would rather fund illegal undocumented foreign nationals than support our Veterans.
      Democrats would rather pass more redundant laws than enforcing those laws already on the books.
      Democrats would rather blame all others for their problems instead of admitting they are destroying the entire system of government.
      Democrats would rather keep their voter base uneducated through the media lies and deception than educating them for a better America.
      Democrats would rather you follow every word they say than you research and educate yourselves.
      Democrats would rather confuse your children and all others through common core than teaching basic education.
      Democrats would rather indoctrinate your children into politics through the public school system than you the parent teaching them at home.
      Democrats would rather tax you the citizen into oblivion than have the government live with in a budget as you have to.
      Democrats would rather control every aspect of the media in what you think, read or how you read or think than see you a free thinking citizen.
      Democrats would rather erase and deny history than have everybody learn from it's mistakes.
      Democrats would rather lie to you. In that way they believe you will not believe the truth when presented.
      We are the Conservative Nation. We are tired of the Democrat lies. Expect us.
