6. Guidici Vesting Tentative Parcel Map (Project No. 2007-24)
Proposal by Dominic Guidici (c/o Mother Lode Engineering) to divide a 0.68 parcel into two parcels; Parcel 1 with 13,984 square feet, and Parcel 2 with 15,710 square feet. Located on the south side of Crystal Street at its intersection with Highland Alley (APN 060-014-021).

7. Mary Miller Parcel Map Conditions of Approval
Review of four appealed Conditions of Approval for a recommendation to the City Council. Heard as part of a previous appeal to the City Council by Don Jordan representing Mary Miller.
