11. 1. Exempt the purchase of postage from any competitive selection process and authorize departments to make purchases up to whatever amounts are available within their existing budgets; 2. Ratify purchases made to ePlus totaling $64,701 to date (for the current fiscal year) for the purchase of network equipment, such as routers, switches, security devices, and wireless access; 3. Authorize the County to piggy-back on the following agreements: NASPO Agreements AR233 (14-19), MNWNC-109, MWNC-108, AR1464, AR626; All available State of California Competitively Bid contracts for Information Technology related hardware, software, maintenance and support, and other related services available on the State’s Commodity Index; and El Dorado County Bid #17-42-040 for furniture and related items through the individual contract’s term (or any extended term) and up to whatever amount is available within the existing departments’ budget; 4. Delegate authority for IT to continue to place orders for copy paper and to Department Heads for the purchase of general office supplies up to departmental budgeted amounts while the CAOs Office evaluates competitive pricing contracts available; and 5. Direct the Auditor-Controller to process payment for same.

SUPERVISOR ANNOUNCEMENTS
In compliance with AB1234, chaptered as Government Code Section 53232.3(d), Board members shall provide brief reports on meetings they attended at the expense of the local agency at the next regular meeting of the legislative body. This report is required to include meetings attended for which there has been expense reimbursement (mileage, meals, lodging, etc.), but may also, at the Board members discretion, include any other meeting attended by the Supervisor on behalf of the County.
