Logging Truck vs Vehicle Collision Last Night Injures San Andreas Man and Sonora Woman

San Andreas, CA...Stufflet was driving is Ford west on Beverlynn Ln at an undetermined speed approaching the intersection with SR-49. Stormes was driving his Kenworth north on SR-49 at the speed limit. Stufflet entered onto SR-49 without yielding the right of way to Stormes. Stormes was unable to avoid a collision and the front of the Kenworth impacted the drivers side of the Ford, causing serious injuries to Stufflet and his passenger, Neikirk. Both Stufflet and Neikirk were flown from the scene for treatment. One way traffic control was in effect for approximately 2 hours for investigation and scene cleanup.

Alcohol and/or drugs are not considered a factor in this collision.

Just pay them by the hour instead of by the trip, and they can slow down. They might even use turnouts then.

They are paid by the hour and he was driving the speed limit. The car pulled in front of him according to the CHP report.

So they drive fast thru town all day huh. And you are sure that this log driver was following suit as you say all drive fast. I guess I must of mis read this post because I'm positive that I read the Ford came out om Hwy 49 without stopping. Do you ever get picked for Jury Duty cause I almost feel sorry for someone who may or may not be guilty but is on trial.

Hey, facts don't matter to Trumptards. Even though the report clearly indicates the car failed to yield the ROW if there was a logging truck, democrat or other pet peeve involved the responsibility goes there. Facts don't matter in the cult.
