Montana Man & Sacramento Woman Arrested on Drug & Weapons Charges
Sonora, CA...From the Tuolumne Sheriff's Office..."Sunday morning was far from quiet for us. One of our deputies stopped a car near Springfield and Shaws Flat Road in Sonora for several vehicle code violations. That stop turned into a major bust.

The driver, 35-year-old James St. Louis of Glendive, MT, admitted having several loaded guns in the car. St. Louis said one of the guns was his, and the second one might be "hot". Deputies then searched the car and found over two pounds of methamphetamine.
In addition to the drugs we discovered a total of three unregistered handguns in the vehicle, two of which were loaded.
St. Louis and his passenger, 37 year old Nicole Smith of Sacramento, were arrested on charges of possession and transportation of methamphetamine for sale. St. Louis faces additional charges of possessing a large capacity magazine, possessing a concealed weapon, and possessing a controlled substance while armed. Smith was also booked on an outstanding warrant for her arrest in Tuolumne County.
We are grateful the methamphetamine and illegal guns are off the streets!"

Hey, Nicole. I got some meth to deliver. Wanta come with?
Sure, James. Which car shall we take?
Well, let's take the one with all the code violations. That way, if we get stopped, we won't lose the good car.
Oh, James, You are so smart. Let's bring all the guns too so no one steals them while we're gone.
Great. What a team we are.

The casinos are the draw, tweakers like to stay up all night. They sell their wares there easily.

Without flatlanders, our roads would consist of road base. Most locals would like that, I’m sure. They already are full of asbestos, so, more wouldn’t hurt a thing!!!!

People who use the term flatlanders are insecure newbies who are idiots, but feel empowered because they live in the hills.

Without flatlanders, we'd have fish in our waters, we'd have peace and quiet, we wouldn't have 25 wine tasting rooms in two blocks downtown, we'd have little mom and pop cafes with good prices,
gas prices would be 6 to 8 bits cheaper a gallon, we wouuldn't have Hmog and other criminals from all over this nation here growing dope just our own local boys and girls like 20 or more years ago, our downtown wouldn't be void of locals because of all the drunk tourist coming into town being rude every single weekend. We wouldn't have these tow people coming into town with illegal weapons and a few lbs of meth that our local judge and our DA will let out on minimum bail.....
and from MML here's the perfect example of a felon arrested with a loaded handgun, and drugs, released on minimum bail
"Sonora, CA — A convicted felon caught with a loaded gun and ammunition while along for a late night ride now faces fresh charges.
According to Tuolumne County Sheriff’s spokesperson Sgt. Deborah Moss, a vehicle was pulled over for a traffic stop on Highway 49/108 in Jamestown near the Chevron station shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday.
While checking out the vehicle, deputies found that a passenger, 29-year-old James Darin Williamson, who has an Oakdale mailing address, was on searchable probation. During a subsequent vehicle search a loaded .22 revolver and 51 rounds of .22 ammunition were located. Williamson admitted both were his.
As a convicted felon not allowed to have firearms or ammo, he was charged with felony possession of both. He was also arrested on two misdemeanor counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and concealing evidence after deputies uncovered a methamphetamine smoking pipe on the floorboard where he had been sitting. His assigned bond was $10,000."
They're coming up the hill now.....
Have a wonderful weekend everyone
