Donnell Fire Community Update Planned Aug. 6 at Pinecrest Amphitheater

Pinecrest, CA...There is a public meeting scheduled at 5 p.m. Monday, August 6 at the Summit Ranger District’s Pinecrest Amphitheater. Fire managers will be on hand to talk about the Donnell Fire and the public will have an opportunity to ask questions.

    This is where they pat themselves on their backs. And I am not talking about the actual men and women who are on the fire lines who are protecting us with their lives. I am talking about the ones who sit in the offices. The ones that might stub their toe on a desk going from the break room full of donuts back to their desk.
