Accident in Copperopolis Causes Major Injuries to Hayward Residents
Copperopolis, CA...A nineteen year old Haward man apparently did not see an approaching Chevrolet pickup driven by a Stockton resident and turned from O'Byrnes Ferry Rd onto Hwy 4 and into the path of the approaching pickup. All of the airbags deployed including the side curtain bags on the Pontiac driven by Mr. Garza. All occupants of the Pontiac were Medi-Flighted to Memorial North in Modesto with major injuries....
The driver and passenger of the pickup sustained minor injuries and sought their own medical aid. The full CHP release is attached...
