Under this cattle ranching would be banned.
Cattle emit Co2, methane, and degrade stream banks, besides depositing manure.

The county would have to ban ranching.

More description of degradation is required.

Yep, but they somehow have to make up for the revenue lost from banning cannabis. The "bansters" are going to be eating this one for sure.

Sick of the grows, sick of the thugs coming here because of the grows, sick of the shootings and other crime, sick of the lying about medical when recreational is the goal. How could Calaveras County possibly sell all of the pot grown here for medical? What a hoax. Sick of the lack of financial clarity. Sick of politicians trying to sell us on sensible regulation when it already tanked.

Until now. Welcome to the 21st century. Did you vote to ban commercial cannabis? How else did you think "they" could continue to support your way of life?

County had better be careful on this one. A lot of the newcomers to other more let us say "gentrified" counties pushed until there was little to no cattle grazing anymore. Now those unmanaged pastures are simply more tinder for fires.

The County bought one of those things back in 2008, just in case something like this were to happen, so thank God, we're covered on this particular issue.

Come November 4th, this state will get a wake up. North, south and central. Now, you can sleep with peace of mind..
