Common Birds of the Sierra Nevada at Pinecrest Amphitheater

Pinecrest, CA...Join Barry Boulton, president of the Central Sierra Audubon Society, for a discussion on birds and their behaviors. Barry will have photos, video, and audio for a multisensory experience! One night only - don't miss it!

Today at 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Pinecrest Lake, Pinecrest, California 95364

At the Stanislaus National Forest you can fish in more than 800 miles of rivers and streams, stay in a campground, or hike into the back country seeking pristine solitude. You can swim near a sandy beach or wade into cold clear streams cooling your feet, while lost in the beauty of nature, raft the exciting Tuolumne River, or canoe one of the many gorgeous lakes. You can ride a horse, a mountain bike or a snowmobile.

The Forest Service manages a system of 155 national forests, 20 national grasslands, and 222 research and experimental forests, as well as other special areas, covering more than 192 million acres of public land. The Forest Service has evolved into a 30,000 employee agency that manages the national forests for a number of multiple uses, including recreation, timber, wilderness, minerals, water, grazing, fish, and wildlife.

Event occurs on 06/25/2018 from 08:30 PM to .

Barry does a remarkable show. If you have even the smallest interest in our local birds don't miss his show.
