Hays, Kansas...Local and area students from California are among the 1,601 named by deans at Fort Hays State University, Hays, Kan., to the Deans Honor Roll for the spring 2018 semester. The Deans Honor Roll includes undergraduate students only. To be eligible, students must have completed 12 or more credit hours and earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.60 for the semester. Full-time on-campus and FHSU Virtual College students are eligible.

Students without classifications are students seeking a second degree or are students who, though full time, are not seeking degrees.

Just because you don't have any relatives that got past sixth grade before driving, doesn't mean this accolade is irrelevant to other folks around here.
Get somebody to read the names of the student's hometowns to you for a clue.

Ok, professor, I had the nice stranger at the market read me the names....Still searching for the local nexus...

I still fail to see why sixteen children who chose to attend Fort Hays State University, in Pigsknuckle, Kansas, has anything to do with Calaveras County...

Sutter Creek is not Calaveras, and even if it were, you offer this 'news' to provide accolades to ONE local person? GTFOH!

This is precisely the type of nonsensical gibberish that makes this silly little website what it is... a bad joke.
