Trevor Wittke is incorrect. There's nowhere near his stated 500 permitted "farms" (marijuana grows). There's only a few hundred. Please do not mislead.

Alice you are wrong. You are a terrible liar and a troll. Go play tennis instead of trying to ruin over 500 local families.

Yes we all know steven r for racist retard smith that you agree with alice. And have nothing other than that to bring to the table. Her fake data, her lies, her stereotypical remarks, her ABC's of nonsense with obsessive repeated rambling comments. What a life, what a legacy, she'll leave behind thousands of comments on the calaveras enterprise looking like a complete sociopath. The same goes for you stevie. Two nut bag hypocritical xenophobic peas in a pod. I do have a question for you stevie why is it okay for alice when she wasn't born here, is no local, has just another Vacation Home here and didn't enroll her children in our schools? You are so discriminatory towards everyone else but not her. Hmmmm... make sense right? Give an answer to this please an explanation or something, let's see if he can comprehend this one.

567 tax bills were sent out to commercial cannabis farms on may 15, 2017. This is a fact. Anyone who wants to refute this fact can provide evidence from the Tax Collecto who sent out the bills and provided this information to them public upon request.

Did tax bills go out to only those fully approved and thus permitted or to all those not denied (e.g. approved plus pending approval)? Does the 500+ include personal and care-giver applicants?

It would seem logical the County would be able to tax anyone allowed to grow even for one year, but I doubt that is the case. No way to track who grew in 2016 and/or 2017. No way to track who had a successful crop and who lost all or some of the crop to bugs. No way to know if the entire area in an application was planted or only a portion. No way to know how many plants were grown, or how many crops each year.

Measure C was not an effective means of taxation but it was the best that could be done under the UO, which was also an ineffective regulation.

Think about that for a second, Alice. Were tax bills for commercial cultivation sent to personal and caregiver....no, no, they were not. Over 500 commercial farms were taxed and over $13m was raised. Get a clue.

What about Alice's outstanding tax bills? Those sound interesting.

A big thank you to whoever it was that was behind FINALLY placing the Federal,State and Local flags in a proper presentation mode. There still may be hope for this county.
