California to Appeal Ruling in Ongoing Border Wall Lawsuit

Sacramento, CA...California Attorney General Xavier Becerra issued the following statement after appealing portions of the district court’s order in The People of the State of California, et al v. United States of America, et al. to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit:

“When we said that a medieval wall along the U.S.-Mexico border does not belong in the 21st century, we meant it. There are environmental and public health laws in place, and we continue to believe that the Trump Administration is violating those laws. We will not stand idly by. We are committed to protecting our people, our values, and our economy from federal overreach.”

A copy of the Notice of Appeal is attached to the electronic version of this release at oag.ca.gov/news.

Can’t fix stupid. The AG is as much of a citizen American as you. Probalably even more so since he has sworn to uphold the laws of this state and the Constitution of the United States. If you consider yourself and a true patriot of this great nation you should rethink your post.

Who will pay for the wall? Working families and local communities if Trump has his way. 25 billion to build it, Tru,pa tax cuts and spending plan will create the largest national debt ever. The Congressional Budget office calculates that under Trump policies payment on the National Debt will exceed the governments income. It won’t be the top richest families and corporations that will lose. The whole weight will fall on average people and businesses.

The Republicans will be the cause , they have and will continue to vote for the benefit of their mega donors, at the expense of working people.

I wonder if this moron has a fence around his property to keep other people out ? If so, tear it down. It's only fair that I can come on to his property, right ?
