Felony DUI Charges for Valley Springs Woman After Major Injury Collision on Hwy 12

Valley Springs, CA...On November 26, 2017, at approximately 1835 hours, Party #1 (Romero) was driving her vehicle eastbound on SR-12 west of Lime Creek Road at an undetermined speed. Romero was in the process of passing another vehicle in heavy rain when she collided head-on with Party #2 (Black). The force of the collision disabled both vehicles in the westbound lane of SR-12. Romero and her two passengers sustained moderate injuries and were transported to Mark Twain Medical Center for treatment. Black sustained major injuries and was ultimately transferred to Mercy San Juan Medical Center for treatment.

Romero was subsequently arrested for Felony DUI. After being medically cleared at the hospital, she was transported and booked into the Calaveras County Jail.

Alcohol and/or drugs were a factor in this collision. Aggressive driving during inclement weather was an associated factor.

3 inches isn't big, big guy.
Yes, drink as much as you like at home "big guy" it's rather obvious to most of us that the poster is talking about drinking and driving, DUI's, it really wasn't too difficult to follow, well unless you've been drinking it might be a problem, for you anyway.

Imagine the passengers when this drunken idiot was passing that car, in a heavy downpour, I bet those two were screaming as their life's were passing by them.
***By the way everybody, talking about drunks and driving..... "..Every year on the first Friday in December, Murphys celebrates the start of the holiday season with a community Open House from 5 to 8 pm on Historic Main Street." Wine will be served yeehaw
So come on over everyone, let's drink and sing Christmas carols and drive home with only a small buzz is ok, just buckle up the kids and put your coats on their laps, just in case you do have an accident.
