Police, Drs, drug program directors, all agree the Dotard missed the mark bigly on this issue.
He redirected funds to curb drug addiction, and didn't start an opiate reduction program. Why?
tRumps pal is the owner of the largest opiate drug co in America.
Again, tRump is not going to take profits away from his $Billionaire pals, just as why He is pushing for the tax cut bill- it gives his $Billionaire pals a huge tax cut and raises taxes for many groups such as the working poor.

tRump fill the swamp with his pals, and is screwing the 99%.

You are absolutely correct. the drug companies should be sending some of their massive profits to help fund treatment and prevention programs. they should do it voluntarily as good citizen partners. it would save them millions. remember the tobacco companies were sued and had to pay billions to fund anti tobacco programs and treatment. and the results have been a dramatic decrease in kids and adults using, and getting sick, from tobacco.

All drug dealers should be shot on sight, no questions asked, sell, and your right to life is over!
