Sheriff's Dept Arrests Valley Pair on Drug and Weapon Charges

Jamestown, CA...We are always happy to remove dangerous drugs and unregistered hand guns from our community.
Early this morning, Dep. Knapp contacted 21-year-old Alyssa Pifer of Turlock, sitting in a white Chevrolet truck in the parking lot of the Chicken Ranch Casino in Jamestown. Pifer was waiting for her boyfriend 21-year-old James Gonzales of Ceres who was inside the casino. The truck had expired registration and during a conversation with Pifer, she admitted to having methamphetamine hidden in her clothing.

During a search of the vehicle, a loaded Ruger LCP .380 handgun, and drug paraphernalia were located. Pifer was arrested for drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gonzales was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a loaded firearm, and an additional charge of having possession of an unregistered handgun.

Methamphetamine is a highly addictive and dangerous drug that frequently destroys the health and lives of those who use it. We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs in our community and will continue working hard to keep Tuolumne County safe.

Wish we had zero tolerance in Calaveras. Hey Garamendi and Oliveria, take notes!

These two must have a combined IQ of room temperature.
Hmmm....my truck looks like it just left the scene of a hit-and-run.
LET'S take a loaded unregistered handgun and some meth and drive around two counties and a security heavy casino. Woo Hoo!

Tell that to the judge, you're barking up the wrong tree

Looks like they could have noticed a missing front license plate too.

If they're on meth, the perps might be missing their front grill (teeth) too.

Well her mug shot on mymotherlode showed her to be a some what nice looking woman I guess, no visible rotting flesh anyway. It would be interesting to see her picture again in 5 years.

Since the Ruger LCP is not on the California DOJ's "safe" list, how did he get it? is it stolen? Looks like they overlooked some more charges here, although the lame DA would just dismiss them anyway
