Assault With a Deadly Weapon Arrest in Sonora!

Sonora, CA...On September 30, 2017, at about 9:45 P.M., Sonora Police Department received a call of a physical fight in progress near the area of the Seventh Day Adventist Church on N. Forest Road. When Officers arrived on scene they observed a male subject, identified as Michael Logan Baker, 22 years old of Jamestown, on top of another male subject. Baker was slamming the male victim’s head against an asphalt surface. A Sonora Police Officer deployed his Taser on Baker in order to subdue Baker and prevent him from harming the male victim any further.

Baker was then taken into custody without further incident. The male victim sustained facial and head injuries as result of the assault. There is currently no further information on the extent of his injuries. Baker was booked into the Tuolumne County Jail for felony assault with a deadly weapon and battery causing serious injury

They're supposedly poisonous if you cut into one and the skin's still green.
But usually it just gives you stomach-aches & nausea.

Maybe we need to ban asphalt if people keep using it for a deadly weapon.
At least there should be a 30day cooling off period before anybody can have access to asphalt.
