Columbia, CA...Tuolumne County Sheriff's Detectives are investigating an armed robbery incident that took place yesterday evening near the entrance of the Columbia College property. Valentine and Uribecarrion left the area in a black and purple Honda and were later located and detained by Sonora Police Officers at 250 Greenley Road. Sheriff's Deputies arrived on scene and took the suspects into custody.

Valentine and Uribe who was wearing an electronic monitoring device, were booked into the Tuolumne County jail for robbery and conspiracy. Valentine is additionally facing charges of felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle with a prior, possession of drug paraphernalia, and his three outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of carrying a concealed weapon with a prior, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and violation of probation. Add to the fact, that our Gov helped this guy to stay on the streets.
He'll probably be able to post a low bail amount by one of our very own Judges. Now, is he legal or illegal?
