Traffic & Fire Update....Vehicle Fire on Hwy 4 in Black Springs area.

Camp Connell, CA...CHP is reporting a vehicle fire near Hwy 4 & Black Springs. A Silver Toyota was so hot that it was smoking & then it caught fire. Please use caution in the area...
