      Ban commercial cultivation completely.

Indoor grows only for personal medicinal grow of 10 plants per person per 100 acre parcel(only 10 plants per 100 acre) with a Usage Tax of #2,000.00 per year to go to CCSO for monitoring and illegal enforcement.

Only 3 dispensaries in the county that pay a fee of $10,000.00 per year w/funding to go to CCSO for illegal grow enforcement.

Property/Veh/Home forfeiture for all illegal grows w/sales proceeds to go to CCSO for future eradication funding..

McManus suggests to Mills ...get rid of the dispensaries. Mills response was yes why not along with Clapp. I am not a pot user but patient rights come into play. Dont you Board members care about people who depend on the licensed business owner who provides their medicine?

They will ban it. All the growers who made big money will band together and file class action suit and tie the boards hands for a long time. Cost the county millions in legal fees. No money to enforce so it will all blow up. All ban supporting supes will not be re elected and the next board will regulate and take care of all the bad actors. Mills and Clapp are idiots
