1/4 Cup Ancho Chili Powder
1/4 Cup Thyme, dry
1 Tbs. Tarragon, dry
2 Tbs. Mustard, dry
2 Tbs. Onion, Granulated
1/4 Cup Garlic, Granulated
5 Tbs. Salt
2 Tbs. Black Pepper
4 tsp. Cumin, Ground

Executive Chef, James Lehman, offers fantastic ever so-popular kitchen skill classes at Ironstone Vineyards, that are a MUST! This weekend, he has a class planned on "Sauteing and Pan-Frying."
These very popular classes taught by Ironstone Vineyards' Executive Chef James Lehman, offer a chance to learn hands on cooking skills and meals on a professional level.
In the Sauteing Skills Class, James will take you back to the basics. Learn the importance of your choice in oils, your pan temperatures, and more.
Enjoy your creations with a glass of wine when you are done.
Cost is $75 per person, which includes your class, your materials, wine to drink and a souvenir.
Class begins at 12:30 noon
