    No on B.

Sheriff will get the funding he needs to develop a more robust dept and rid the county of bad actors. Law enforcement needs upgraded pay to encourage new recruits and hire quality police who will take the dept to a new level

From where? The newly appointed CAO already quoted as saying no more reserves to draw from and the history of Calaveras is "no new taxes," even if they are beneficial.

Measure C will cover all of the sheriffs costs. Only without a BAN. None of the growers will pay if they are scheduled for abatement
