Hit-&-Run, Threats, DUI & More In Jamestown

Jamestown, CA...On February 27, 2017 at approximately 7:15 pm, CHP dispatch received a call of a subject that was seen staggering before getting into a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup and appeared under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The reporting witness advised that the subject, later identified as 60 year old Jamestown resident Timothy Brown, kept yelling at the witness, “I will shoot you.” It was unknown if Brown was armed because no weapon was seen. The pickup traveled southbound on Main Street from Willow Street and hit a parked black Chevrolet Envoy. Brown continued southbound until his pickup became disabled near Main Street and Donovan Street. Brown was then seen fleeing on foot and crossing State Route 108.

Arriving officers were directed to the creek across from the Kwik Serv gas station. Brown had fallen and was not moving. Officers Susan Addleman and Alan Dahl located him on his side semi-conscious, bleeding from the head. An ambulance was requested and Brown was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, driving with a suspended license and misdemeanor hit-and-run. No gun was located. Brown did have a Concealed Carry Weapons permit in possession and was wearing an ankle monitor. Brown was transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center to be treated for head trauma. After being medically cleared, Brown was booked into Tuolumne County Jail.

ALCOHOL INVOLVED AGAIN IN ANOTHER CRIME. You drunkards just can't get enough, can you. Marijuana sure doesn't cause this type of behavior. Ban alcohol from this county, spray and kill all vineyards that grow grapes in the county. Repent you two faced sinners, marijuana sure doesn't cause the problems that you drunkards cause.

That marijuana bans working out great for Tuolumne county. What a joke and your board of supervisors have taken it upon themselves yet again to look into the state of Jefferson. Your county is in a major crisis fueled by meth, alcohol , heroin and pharmaceutical addiction and all the crime that comes with it. Recall your council members, take back the city you loved the city that at one point was a nice place but has turned into anything but nice. Be a community that cares, speak up, the city has turned to *bleep*; and while the citizens of Tuolumne county sit back doing nothing your board of supervisors are taking away your civil rights. Now you've allowed them to even take away any kind of say or choice to split from your own state. Does no one think for themselves anymore in your so called community? Remember this you all are supporting these idiots to run, control, make decisions, waste funds and speak on your behalf . You all should be ashamed of yourselfs. Get it together already!
