Traffic Update...Hwy 49 At Amador Calaveras Line Has Reopened

Mokelumne Hill, CA....Hwy 49 north of Mokelumne Hill that was closed earlier due to flooding has reopened. There are closures north a Amador County but Hwy 49 between Amador & Calaveas has reopened.

IS CLOSED FROM THE AMADOR/EL DORADO CO LINE TO 2.8 MI NORTH OF THE AMADOR/EL DORADO CO LINE - DUE TO FLOODING - MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE

IS CLOSED FROM 2.4 MI NORTH TO 11.2 MI NORTH OF NEVADA CITY (NEVADA CO) - DUE TO SLIP-OUTS - MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE

    I drove through there early this morning and it was not closed and there were no signs warning of Flooding anywhere from the top of the Grade on the Amador side to the top of 13 Corners on the Calaveras side. There were more Flooding signs around Jackson than anywhere on Highway 49 except in San Andreas and at Cosgrave Road.
