Presidents’ Wine Weekend has grown into one of our most popular events of the year, with over 22 participating wineries offering delectable food samples, live music and plenty of deals and discounts on wine purchases. Its is a great weekend to sample the variety of award winning wines, taste those robust Spanish and Italian regional varietals the foothills have become known for like Barbera, Tempranillo as well as Mourvedre and Grenache from France and some of the best Zinfandels and Cabernets to be produced in Gold Country.
Even better, it gives you a chance to meet our winemakers, experience our welcoming hospitality, discover the history that surrounds the region and shop the myriad of specialty boutiques in the charming town of Murphys.
