Growing up around foothills. Recall Dewey Hopper in Sacramento a weatherman- telling Katie to bar the doors. When storm like this pushed into area. Stay safe. We truly need this wet weather.

Dewey Hopper remember him well, great weather reports. Remember Shelly Monaghan, KCRA weather she ended up in Spokane Wa. guess she grew up there, went on to being an Anchor for the NBC affiliate there retired and is now a big time Real Estate Broker in Spokane Wa.

Yes recall-Shelly it seemed like a better time. Wet is good for ground water. Just was a positive comment. We all need wet weather. Negative person if you realized snowpack water is greed and sold. White gold, water up here is created around 8000 feet. Called Highland Lakes. Starts the Mokelumne and the Stanislaus river, so it's good either way. Just power and greed after that. Have fun in L.A. You're very welcome. Should build a dam on a wasted golf course.
