Constance Vivienne Giannini 1921-2016

Mountain Ranch, CA...Constance Giannini went home to be with her Lord on December 15, 2016. She was 95 years old. She was born Constance Johns on February 4, 1921 in San Francisco, California. She was one of four daughters born to Watson and Vivienne Johns. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon and received her teaching credential from University of the Pacific. She taught in Ceres, Modesto, Farifield and at the school house in Mountain Ranch. She married Natale Giannini in 1957. She made her home on the family ranch in San Andreas. She was a member of the Calaveras County Farm Women and attended San Andreas Community Covenant Church for 60 years. She entered the Calaveras County Fair annually and excelled in baking and canning.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband Natale. She is survived by her son Myron Giannini and his fiancé Carol Gephardt, son Daryl Giannini and his wife Laurie; grandchildren Anna-Lisa and Scott Laca, Rosemary Giannini; Matt, Mandy and Megann Roggow who she loved as grandchildren; her sister Marilyn Eldridge and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is December 21st from noon to 7 p.m. at the San Andreas Memorial Chapel. Interment will be on December 22nd at 10 a.m. at Sunset View Cemetery in Martell California followed by a Celebration of Life at San Andreas Community Covenant Church at 11:30 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the children’s program at San Andreas Community Covenant Church, Calaveras County Farm Bureau or the Pacific Legal Foundation.
