I wonder how long it takes planning to do their own work. It takes months and months of time public to get work pushed through

They have an impossible task. No matter what they do, the Green Meanies and Sacramento Power Elites will stamp them out. California has become a democratic socialist dictatorship run by the bay area and LA area majority who are overly influenced by the Green Meanies. Our Calaveras Supervisors and Planning Commissioners have an impossible task. They have my sympathy.

You are absolutely right with regard to the BOS and planning commission being hobbled by the state. I remember a previous District 2 supervisor who always fell back on the liberal mantra
"It's the rule of the land".

There is no reason that this should not be done. The lot is a small one up near the highway on Main St. and is next to commercial buildings. To have been zoned multi family at all does not make any sense.

If they put one on the other end, then the tarp won't blow off the ski boat when the weather gets nasty.
