City Of Angels City Council Meeting & Appeal Of Medical Marijuana Dispensary

Angels Camp, CA...The City of Angels City Council is holding a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 15th. On the agenda is the refunding of USDA funded 2004 wastewater facilities loan and the public hearing in regards to the appeal of the Planning Commission's denial of a medical marijuana dispensary located at 206 N. Main Street, Suite B.

Regularly scheduled meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month and will be held at the Angels Fire House located at 1404 Vallecito Road, Angels Camp.

              They call it a medicine so regulate it under the FDA, EPA and the DEA and tax the hell out of it beginning with the farmers and higher still at the dispensaries. Cigarette Tax went up. Alcohol should too.

So the BOS idiots make cultivation legal but they don't want it sold here? Sounds logical.
Bring criminals up here to our community to tax them on marijuana cultivation (that the voting public had no say in), but let's not sell it here "legally" let's let the criminals sell it illegally, so they won't have to worry about declaring it on their taxes.
Don't let the door hit you in the ass BOS on your way out. The hinges to that door are well oiled, and the best bead bolt money can buy will be installed.

    This is the "City of Angels" not the county. The cities in Cali as well as the counties can still make their own ordinances on how to control it.
