I hope our illustrious BOS reads the fine print associated with ANY grant.

I have seen numerous copies of Hooked on Phonics on Craigslist if the BOS is having issues reading.
I also heard the local Lions Club has reading glasses available to those who qualify.

Add to the list: Barden Stevenot, Merita Callaway, Howard Little, Ted Shannon and any others that support the future drug culture in Calaveras County. These people live in their small residential communities (some gated) and have not experienced the negative impacts of having drug growers, pit bulls, guns, and other nuisances in their own backyards. Vote the architect of all this, Cliff Edson, out of office.

Add PG&E to the list that destroyed our county as a result of the Butte fire. They are settling with individual property owners as a result of the fire they caused but what about the community at large. PG&E destroys communities, look at San Bruno.

A cigarette, dragged trailer chain, etc could just have easily started the fire. It was not PG&E that burned up the county, it was mass neglect of the vegetation for the last century that caused the intensity of the fire. All property owners, private and public, that failed to manage their land are directly to blame for the size and severity of the Butte fire. Accidents happen, but neglecting your land to the condition it was in is a conscious act that takes decades.
In San Bruno, people ignored the right-of-ways for the pipelines and built houses, garages, etc right on top of the pipe. How do you propose to manage a pipeline if people built on top of it? Rip their houses down in order to inspect or fix? That would have gone over smashingly, I am sure.

The absolute 100% truth has been posted!! Sadly all of those who should be able to comprehend this simple truth are either high on weed or prescription meds or alcohol or they are just brain dead. So is the blight in Calaveras County. This blight began in the early 80's in earnest.

Investors continue to brace for a possible upset win by Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton as new revelations about investigations into the Clinton Foundation and Clinton's private email server have tightened the polls.
