2.46 acres is NOT a personal grow.

But as far as a personal grow with a recommending Dr.'s set amount of plants, the County CAN'T deny that, it's against prop 215/SB 420.

The County is getting a little high & mighty even thinking they can adapt a law the People of California passed over 20 years ago.
I never registered my personal grow, and after seeing this will NEVER register.

2.46 Acres is the size of the lot, not of the grow. That said, the ridiculous number of plants the county allows for a "personal" "medical" grow is enough to keep one "patient" in a coma for most of the year. But "patients" have friends who like to come over and partake in the "medication" with them. Very therapeutic when taken like that.

Most people don't care about a true personal grow, we care about the large scale commercial growing that has brought in the pollution, destruction of land, traffic, water theft, along with gangs, tax cheats, and other such dirtbags.

While law-biding Cannabis patients with the proper doctors paperwork are denied a dozen plants, absolutely ridiculous.

No on any of the so-called "ordinances", since they are in violation of State law.

I sure hope someone in the local government picks up on the names... Song Vang and Vang Xiong (same pronunciation as 'song') are the same names at the same address. Is this a joke?!

The BO Supes allowed this to happen, then allowed them to appeal & harvest, then just take the profits and split.
    Great thinking guys.
And I on the other hand had to chop my 12 on June 20th to be in compliance.

....and no 12 plants won't keep you in a coma the whole year, I don't smoke it, I eat it.& eating requires a larger plant count than smoking it.

Yes it takes a lot to break down to create the Oil or Butter as it is called. Then that gets added into food products. Some do Smoke it though instead.
