A. ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 467. AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 17.06.190 TO TITLE 17 (ZONING), CHAPTER 06 (GENERAL PROVISIONS) OF THE CITY OF ANGELS MUNICIPAL CODE ADOPTING PROCEDURES FOR MODERATE, LOWER, VERY LOW INCOME, AND SENIOR HOUSEHOLDS.

B. ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 468. AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 17.06.200 TO TITLE 17 (ZONING), CHAPTER 06 (GENERAL PROVISIONS) OF THE CITY OF ANGELS MUNICIPAL CODE ADOPTING PROCEDURES FOR ALLOWING REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
C. ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 469. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE CITY OF ANGELS MUNICIPAL CODE, TO IMPLEMENT ADOPTED PROGRAMS IN THEANGELS CAMP GENERAL PLAN HOUSING ELEMENT BY ADDING GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS FOR "EMERGENCY SHELTER", "FAMILY", "SUPPORTIVE HOUSING", "TARGET POPULATION", AND "TRANSITIONAL HOUSING"; AMENDING THE RA, R1, R2, R3, AND REC ZONING DISTRICTS TO RECOGNIZE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AS A PERMITTED USE IN A SINGLE-FAMILY OR MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING AND SUBJECT TO THE SAME REQUIREMENTS AS A SINGLE OR MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING IN THE SAME ZONE; AMENDING THE CC AND SC ZONING DISTRICTS TO ALLOW EMERGENCY SHELTERS AS A PERMITTES USE; AND ADOPTING NON-DISCRETIONARY DESIGN STANDARDS FOR EMERGENCY SHELTERS

Council Action:

1. Adopt Resolution No. 15-06. A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NUISANCE ABATEMENT FEE PURSUANT TO SECTION 8.10.100 OF THE ANGELS CAMP MUNICIPAL CODE.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 15-07. A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE COSTS TO ABATE A PUBLIC NUISANCE ON CALAVERAS COUNTY ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 058-080-004 LOCATED AT 745 GRINDING ROCK ROAD AND DIRECTING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND LIEN UPON THE PARCEL IN THE AMOUNT OF $707.25.
3. Adopt Resolution No. 15-08. A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE COSTS TO ABATE A PUBLIC NUISANCE ON CALAVERAS COUNTY ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 058-080-007 LOCATED AT 763 GRINDING ROCK ROAD AND DIRECTING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND LIEN UPON THE PARCEL IN THE AMOUNT OF $707.25
4. Adopt Resolution No. 15-09. A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE COSTS TO ABATE A PUBLIC NUISANCE ON CALAVERAS COUNTY ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 058-081-009 LOCATED AT 324 MILL ROAD AND DIRECTING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AND LIEN UPON THE PARCEL IN THE AMOUNT OF $782.25
