Alpine County Festival Celebrates Fall Colors
Alpine County, CA....Enjoy spectacular fall colors in scenic Alpine County on September 25-27 at the Alpine Aspen Festival hosted by the Alpine Watershed Group. This event will feature music at the Markleeville Library Park, Markleeville, CA, and an all-time favorite Dutch Oven Cooking class for those wanting to experience cowboy cuisine. Festival activities will include nature and ecology hikes, historic.....
Emigrant Trail hikes, a horseback ride through Charity Valley, fly fishing classes and kayaking tours. Workshops in photography and plein air painting will also be offered. Experts will guide all hikes, tours or workshops that range from half day to 2 days in length. Space is limited for all activities so purchase your tickets soon.
