Fourth of July Celebration to Recognize and Salute Local Veterans

Angels Camp, CA...Live Music and Farmer’s Market, Games and Good Old Fashioned Fun Friday July 4. The Angels Camp Commemorative Committee will host the annual “Fourth of July Picnic and Salute to our Veterans” on Friday, July 4, 2014 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at Utica Park...





Presented by ACCC (Angels Camp Commemorative Committee), this year’s event will feature many activities geared toward children and adults, including games for the kids that will start at 1:45pm. There will be a Patriotic Dress Contest as well as a Table Decorating Contest and a special appearance by Smokey Bear. Live music and entertainment will be provided by “The Governor’s Own” Military Band and local favorite, “Chains Required”. A ceremony to Salute our Veteran’s will take place at 1:00pm. Angels Camp Farmer’s Market is participating and will be open the same hours 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
