Two Stolen Vehicles From Calaveras County Recovered and Several Arrested
Sonora, CA....On 3/23/14 just after midnight Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Deputies had just finished assisting the CHP with recovering a stolen vehicle out of Calaveras County near Serrano Road. The Deputies were doing a patrol check of Serrano Road when they located another stolen vehicle out of Calaveras County in front of a residence in the 19000 block of Serrano Road. The Deputies maintained surveillance of the residence and vehicle. A short time later Sunshine Nordstrom and Janee Johnson exited the residence and Nordstrom opened a door to the stolen vehicle. Both were taken into custody for possession of stolen property. Johnson was in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. While the arrests were taken place the front door to the residence was slammed shut. Information was developed that there were additional people inside the residence including one who had a felony assault with a deadly weapon warrant....
The Tuolumne County SWAT Team was called out and set up a perimeter around the residence. A Search Warrant for the residence was obtained. About 0330 hours Robert Williams exited the residence and was taken into custody he provided false identification to the Deputies, was in possession of methamphetamine, and was involved with the stolen vehicle.
The SWAT Team then made entry into the home and located Jimmy Terry. He was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and nine arrest warrants. The majority of the warrants were out of Calaveras County.
All four subjects were booked into the Tuolumne County Jail.

Nine Warrants with charges including Driving on a suspended license, Failure to appear, assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment, bringing a controlled substance into a jail facility, false info to a peace officer. (all warrants except one driving on a suspended license are out of Calaveras County)
