Lots of Question's Answered at District Two Candidates Night in Mokelumne Hill

Mokelumne Hill, CA...The District Two Candidates night for Calaveras County Supervisor District Two was held last week. Candidates Bryce Randall and Chris Wright fielded a variety of questions from the audience and the Chamber of Commerce on subjects such as the County's Non-Existent General Plan, Planning, Business Climate in the County, Tourism, Water Rights, Broadband, Cell Towers and their environmental impact. Law Enforcement and Prioritizing Funding, Big Box Stores, Wild & Scenic designation for the Moke and more..

The first hour of video is above and a couple additional clips enclosed...

There was a good sized crowd on hand in the Mokelumne Hill Town Hall. Candidate Wright is currently an executive with the Foothill Conservancy. He in many ways seeks to fill the shoes of incumbent Steve Wilensky who has built an impressive political base in District Two.

Candidate Bryce Randall is a retired Silicon Valley Executive and current West Point Business owner. He is seeking to improve the business climate in the county and been working hard to build a support base with the business owners and residents in District Two.

In District Two even more than in District Four and District One there is a sharper divide ideologically between the candidates that would potentially change the voting patterns for the district if Bryce Randall is the winner.

We have full video of the debate with the possible exception of a minute or two close to the end when we had a small issue with a camera.
